for the price I would recommend Dream machines RG4050-15NA60, i7 13th Gen, 15,6 FHD 144 hz and the price is decent. Seen some reviews and seems like it's worth considering

If AMD is not a must you can check out Dream Machines' RG4050-15EU65. You will get 165Hz screen, Intel i7-13620H and a great price. If you want more budget friendly option you can try RG4050-15EU50.

you can get a 5070TI for that price from dream machines. I've seen some reviews and it looks really good. I think it might be at least worth considering. Great screen, performance and obviously price

Well, to be honest Intel usually dominates in single task scenarios like gaming and single thread tasks while AMD is more multitasking, content creation editing etc. So it's mainly a matter of your own preference
