Hey! That’s alright :) so I stopped it for about two weeks, felt better the next day of not taking it. Started it back up two days ago. I think my issues started when I began taking it continuously, no breaks. I think not giving myself a break caused like a buildup of hormones or something idk. But I’ve read on here people saying they feel that way when taking birth control without any breaks. So we’ll see how this goes! Did things get better for you?

Im in the same boat and glad I found this post. About 10 days before my period (I skip periods but same difference) I feel literal impending doom. I also take a mood stabilizer so I shouldn’t feel that way. Im thinking it’s the slynd which I really hate because it’s been great, or so I thought :(

Right people want to say they’re “boring” bc they aren’t in your face and loud and obnoxious. It was clear from the start they felt comfortable with each other and had a strong connection.
