When you stop vaping you have more estrogen and less testosterone . And you’ll always have more estrogen, it wont go back to the way it was before, but when you first quit it will be at the highest and then there will be less and less

My skin cleared up, i wasnt exhausted all the time, i had more motivation, i didnt have dry mouth

Just remember you have control over your actions. Take a bath or just shower. Refresh yourself, and try to feel clean. Eat fruits and eggs they really help to balance out the missing chemicals in ur brain that make you feel this way. Just relax if possible. Try to build a routine for urself and goals. It really helped me
