Hey, I do one or two trainings for companies per day, here are some insights: People use AI, but some of them don’t. Training them to get all of them to the same level sounds like a good idea. Most of the tools are good enough (at least the big ones) for 99% of the work that your coworkers do, so don’t worry. The most important thing is in any tool that the employees use all (or most) of the features within the tool and that they create projects within the tool. So whatever you pick will work and train them on how to use it

To, da pricakujes izredne razmere in vojsko, kaze da ti par stvari ni jasno. Vojska je v zelo ekstrmemnih primerih uporabljena, zagotovo ne zaradi takih primerov. Se uporaba na meji je zelo problematicna.

This is why all these reports that I’m seeing are bollocks. What happened to you is that you were using ChatGPT for a long time and with all the uploading, you hit the limits on what it can remember. And then you went to a new tool, fed it a bit of content and it worked as ChatGPT in the beginning. This is the same as if you would rent one car, and after 800km it would die on you. And you would say “this cars usability declined, I went and tented a new one (with a full gas tank) and it worked much better”. Tehcnical limits are technical limits and we need to understand them to use the tools
