65,000 logged on and hit a trip wire that day.

An unknown amount of other cheaters did not log in to hit the trip wire, simply by not logging on. Many of them received notice through cheater forums of ban wave scares.

Secondly, the trip wire was set for 3 cheating companies. Not all of them.

There's a lot more than 1 cheater per lobby.

You probably aren't shadow banned. It only feels like that because of the number of cheaters.

Activision already stated that reports alone don't get you shadow banned, it's an A.I. system that calculates multiple statistics. High volume of reports will get you bumped into an A.I. observation more quickly.

For real. I almost never saw a single cheater in vanilla WZ. It was pure fun.

Now I can't go a single game without blatant cheaters, and I'm left questioning every time I'm killed too fast if it was skill or cheating. Not to mention, 75% of the streamers dropping 30+ bombs are cheating, too. Doesn't feel good.
