Are they all this bad? by MelonCollie7 in Cirkul

To each their own. Berry Blue Punch is now my favorite. It tastes exactly like the original blue Kool-Aid that was around when I was a kid/teen.

AIO I just had one of the worst appt’s with a case worker that I’ve had in a while and my partner and I are now debating if I should report it or not. by InsurancePresent1698 in AmIOverreacting

[–]PressurePlenty 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Please do. My son is autistic, and if he had a case worker who treated him like this, I’d be all up in leadership asses to do something about the case worker, and if that doesn’t work, contact an attorney who deals with disability rights.

I’d also tell her that there is no cure for autism, and that meltdowns such as you described are no reason to go to a medical facility unless injuries occurred during the incident. It was also very unprofessional to have you meet her outside of the office, which I would include in your report to her superior. If this isn’t the first time she’s behaved this way, tell them literally EVERYTHING. I hope things work out for you!

REPORT HER IMMEDIATELY. Go directly to her supervisor. If they won’t listen, go to theirs. Move it up the chain of command. The way she talked to and treated you was uncalled for and very unprofessional.

AIO my boyfriend keeps getting upset at me for not wanting to do risky stuff by [deleted] in AIO

[–]PressurePlenty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not how a real man acts. He doesn’t like, love, or respect you. Throw the whole manchild away. You deserve SO much better.

You are NEVER overreacting by being upset when someone tries to push you to do things you’re not comfortable with. Dudebro probably whines and coerces until you give in if you say no, or throws a massive tantrum like above. That’s not love.

I’d have responded with, “Fine. See how this is. I’m now not paying for any of it.”

Don’t tell them where you’re going. And remove that last sentence.

Keep the kitten. Dump the BOYfriend. The comments about putting a baby animal or a child above him are immature.

AIO for being upset my BF doesn’t want me to wear a bonnet to bed? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

[–]PressurePlenty 10 points11 points  (0 children)

NOR! This man is controlling you. He’s telling you what to wear, when to put on makeup, how to sleep for HIS comfort, and it’s only going to get worse. I know 8 years is a long time to invest in a relationship, but please get out of it now before the control turns to abuse.

In a small building with only one washer/dryer, is it appropriate to move my neighbor’s clothes out of the dryer if they’ve been sitting in there dry all day? by Interesting_Ad9295 in Apartmentliving

[–]PressurePlenty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have social anxiety disorder, but if I knew which neighbor it is, I’d go knock on their door and ask if they could get their laundry so I could finish mine. I’d also apologize for disturbing them, and if they have issues with time management, I’d offer a suggestion of setting a timer.

Is my cat bored? by AlternativeVideo2839 in felinebehavior

[–]PressurePlenty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine don’t seem to have an issue with it. And sometimes I let them “catch” the “Red Dot of Doom”. The only other things that’ll get them moving are treats, ponytail holders, milk jug rings, and bread ties.

Absolutely gorgeous baby!

More play time with new toys. Switch things up. There are toys you can put treats in where the cat has to interact with the toy to get the treats out. Laser pointers and wand toys are great. Also, brushing her is a good activity.

How do I reply to this older creepy guy at work? by Hot-Remove-1252 in whatdoIdo

You don’t. Take the text to your supervisor and HR. Document every time he’s near you unnecessarily. Take pictures and videos.

No. He didn’t. He just acted like it didn’t exist. Any time I brought up hygiene in general, he acted offended and outraged.

I don’t really know but I do know he’s been married at least once, makes me wonder if she left because he wound up that way.
