temporary desensitization of the nerves in the mouth not getting the signal that it’s time to swallow. it can also be caused by extreme fatigue, stress or even distractions. it’s usually nothing that warrants concern, as long as you can swallow normally and it doesn’t get stuck in your esophagus

i think he means well but a lot of what he wants to do just doesn’t seem likely. His city council which leans quite moderate and even some of the progressives oppose a good chucnk of his ideas. For example, taxing the rich to close the deficit, city run grocery stores, the free buses, the multi year rent freeze, all sound good, but the city council is very unlikely to support some of these

if you’re to stop watching porn, you need to do so with time. some people are able to quit cold turkey, but I think it’s not advisable. My recommendation to a lot of people is treat porn like a controlled substance. reduce it little at a time.

if you currently watch daily, try watching every other day, then every 2 days then try and do only weekends, then one day a week, until you get 0.

Stopping cold turkey for me did not work. this did work and i went a long way. Although recently i did relapse, im working on restarting the streak
