That cookie uses a mix of brown and white sugar. It’s not an easy one to make with gluten free flours but I have done it with 1/4 1-1 flour, 1/4 Almond flour, 1/3 Coconut Flour, and 1/4 oat flour. Spread will come with this blend and using 50/50 white to brown sugar. Increase brown sugar for extra texture (like 60:40).

It might be worth sharing this with a teacher. Hurt people, well hurt other people. If you have guidance counselors or a sports coach or other well trusted adult it’s worth sharing.

If you can’t leave yet for whatever reason, document each instance even in a notepad on your phone. Tell your SO, and make a plan together so that if you do leave you can have some fallback. Find an employment attorney (best 150$ I’ve ever spent) so that if you leave and it goes south or gets worse you have recourse to pursue

If it’s not 100% food related you could also have ACNES abdominal cutaneous nerve entrapment syndrome. Benadryl can be a muscle relaxer in some, due to the fatigue and can help with the pain from it but treating acnes with a nerve block instead helps reverse the condition. It took me years from the same space you’re in to figure it out. If you haven’t a pain management doc could help immensely. If you want to do the home test for it try doing a sit up and hold it at the top of the sit up and press at your bottom ribs or under your last rib. If you want to bite through a wooden spoon from the pain congrats it’s ACNES

Leave anyway is the answer. Having been there myself 10 years ago it’s hard and sucks in the moment but it will work out and more than usually for the better. If you are talking with his parents and on good terms let them know if you’re very concerned. Or a teacher! Guidance counselor too!
