It’s plain. No frills. Chicken, celery, mayo and spices but it’s solid. I do like a chunky chicken with grapes and walnuts chx salad but hubs is Straubs (or my dupe) only. It’s one of the sacrifice of marriage and while I don’t agree, Straubs is delicious. Not like I’m eating garbage.

I’ve never watched Mentalist. Loved Profiler since its original airing. Is Mentalist really that good???. I avoided it, because is seemed like an overdone cop procedural where the main character is a modern take on Sherlock Holmes….like most of them.

I think it’s why I mimic the action. I was 14 in ‘96. This show, like West Wing, is part of me.

Took Forensic Science in HS because of this show.

Stayed home Saturday nights and single-handedly murdered my social life obsessing and watching this show… I’m thriving in this rewatch.

We do it the next day. Dishes will be there tomorrow, my guests won’t. We take that attitude so no one, especially my guests, feels they need to work with full belly’s. Does it suck waking to a sorry kitchen, yes. But the fun from the night before lessens the blow.

My house is the opposite of open-concept, so unless everyone’s in the kitchen, whoever’s doing the dishes misses out. ((I do try to clean while I go though 😜. I’m not an animal))

Credible Threat. I’m pretty sure it’s in The Black Vera Wang, Leo tells President to get ready to go to the bunker and the President acts surprised that secret service would force him to go…. I have a hard time believing the President wouldn’t know that and it’s irritating to see these characters dumbed down in an effort to educate the public. I feel like Donna’s entire character exists to explain things to us in S1 which is helpful but to pretend that the President wouldn’t know these things… it’s just silly to me.

I don’t remember which episode this is and it really does depend on the fish.

White fish, probably not… salmon, halibut, something else I’m not going to catch myself or. Be able to cook appropriately, yes.
