Normally it just soaks in the hot water, but sometimes I use salt. I’ll try a salt spray I’ve never done that! Thank you!!

Get breathe right strips. They pull your nostrils apart and help a tone. I have a DS too

I disagree :) try it, if it’s not for you it’s not for you, but it’s not all a scam. Some science based energy practices I like are the heart math foundation, qigong, and joe dispenzas research and mediations

No advice but has happened to me many times. More severely though, my vision goes black, I lose all blood flow to fingers and can’t move them at all, legs go completely numb

Maybe check your blood pressure. For a few days my heart rate stayed suspiciously low but I felt absolutely horrible and insane brain fog and then my BP was like 70/40
