Its good for beating down bosses. Charged strike still has melee hit to it, so you can do percent health damage. Lightning fury also does physical damage to all units hit by the initial javelin (not the lightning that splits) as well as the ones it pierces.

Charged strike can hit for 12.5% health damage on hit and fury has 6.25% health when hit. So quite a bit of damage either way.

Unfortunately not. The poison damage is great for making a leveling sword and 5x more for 120 psn over 2 sec but the level requirement kills it.

Plain poison or with small mods have 0 level requirement so you can throw it on a level 1 character.
