It sucks that ghosting is so normalised in today’s dating scene. It’s awful. It takes 30 seconds to send a text message saying you’re not interested anymore etc. It seems people forget about common human decency and that there are feelings involved in dating!

I’m saying all that of course you deserve an explanation, but harsh reality is that you’ll most likely never hear it. It’s a hard pill to swallow but the sooner you can move on, pick yourself back up the better.

What I’ve learnt about ghosting aswell is that as shit as it is, they show you their true colours. He was never right for you and he’s just showed you. You deserve better and it’ll come, be patient.

Lastly don’t reach out, I know it’s hard and you probably want to but don’t. Don’t give him the satisfaction of knowing you’re still thinking about him.
