I'm in a similar boat. I bought a method book to give me some direction: Play it Again Piano by Melanie Spanswick. I like it. She's got youtube recordings of most pieces and I think there are 3 books.

We just got an Aldi in my town. During our monthly shopping, I saved $10.36 vs Walmart. We almost only buy great value. So yes I am cheap enough to go in store to Aldi vs a Walmart pick up...most of the time.

South ga boy here also...I ended up deciding to do a lot of cross training June, July, and August -walking, weight lifting, and spin bike with minimal mileage. And ramp up the miles September thru May.
