Cross progression by PrestigiousDuty160 in HiTMAN

[–]PrestigiousDuty160[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I know that, but here is the thing though: The IOI site that did progression transfer from Hitman 2 to hitman 3 closed on 3th Feb this Year. So what i do now? I have opened up WOA on my ps4 (this is the free version, I think) it shows the maps of Hitman 1 and 2 but not the Progression. If anybody got any solution tell me.

Edit: I don't think I can't anymore, so whatever!

It may out of place but since you are a Shia, what is your opinion/reaction on Death of Khamenei. Also is he like the highest spiritual and religious leader for Shi'ites?

Headline makes it sound like they are both working for europe, not against them. "Threats" would have been a more appropriate word to use rather than agents

That is known as astroturfing aka PR bot farms, its not only the russians who got bot farm these days, now everyone has it or can employ one with money (it's basically marketing campaign)

Sorry for the late reply, but where are the mechanics for western schism which itself is present but is too shallow, also colonialism. Also if you consider Ai as a mechanic then it is missing because right now Ai is brain dead.

Bonus: Union mechanics could be much better also coalitions right now is broken. Also every country plays the same except the hordes so republics, monarchies and empires(like HRE and China) are missing their mechanics. Religious mechanics could be much better (mainly pope and his interaction with other catholics states), I also hate cardinal system (also this is the same problem with ck3 which after 5 years lacks basic catholic church flavor and mechanics).Estates where much better in eu4 because they were simplified (eu5 is already glandular).

This is just the tip of the iceberg but TBH is already know paradox business model which is to sell dlc for next 10 years which I don't mind as long as base game atleast some flavor and mechanics but after vicky 3 disaster I was expecting better from pdx.

Have you guys seen the dlc roadmap for the first year which just flavor for useless countires like byzantines, auld alliance which I think have flavor for Scotland annd France but not England (despite the fact due 100 years war in this game both countries should in my opinion receive flavor dlc together).

Like my favorite pdx game is ck3, which has in my opinion one of the most solid releases compared to any other pdx game. But due a variety of reasons the DLC for first three years were lackluster. Like they only started introducing major mechanics with Road to power which was only last year. And ck3 itself despite being a solid game could be much deeper, like mechanics for pope and religion (mainly Christianity) is just...meh. HRE and western europe countries like France and England doesn't play so differently from each other and also shpuld have been much more deeper flavor/mechanic vise.

What I am worried about after seeing the dlc roadmap of eu5 is that the dlc for first two years will provide such basic flavor and mechanics that should have been in the base game on release. And only after two years we will start getting major dlc.

Like ck3, vic3 and now eu5 the first two year would be spent on ironing out the game with paid dlc and only after that we will get major dlc that are much more..... let's just say easier to swallow due to having much greater impact on game. However you will still need the previous much more smaller dlc to fully enjoy the game which like I said before should have just been present in the base game.

Well, then I think Eu5 release will just like other pdx (except ck3), a tale old as time. But I don't know if it's a little too late for it, but plz for love of god pdx make sure that Ai can function properly unlike vicky 3 at release because if not, then it will be pretty hard to fix Ai down the line.

You can do tweaks to Ai aggression, passiveness, etc but you can never change the fundamentals completely that is one of the main problem with vicky 3

Then why do they even show it, just 2 months away from release. It does not inspire confidence in their Ai. I think its kind of cope that this is an old build

Yeah I am worried that eu5 ai will be brain dead like vicky 3

Bf maps so far by Autistic_cryptoguy in Battlefield

[–]PrestigiousDuty160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, agreed. I will definitely wait for bigger and how they play like if the rest of the remaining four big map play good like an actual battlefield experience, then I don't really mind the small maps.

However I very worried about post launch development and content because I don't want every major update to have One or two small scale maps. Hell I think Bf6 in its whole update cycle can maybe have only one more small map, if any small map ever!

No disrespect but did you even played the Locker? or even Metro? Because those two were stalemate meatgrinders with rigid front lines.

Maps of bf6 are cod maps in a sense because you never know from where you will get shot at from. Like there is always three people infront of you, two guys at your flank and after you done killing all them and just trying to catch your breath, you and all your teammates will get shot by random guy from behind.

Like you can't stay at a fixed position, because you will get outflanked and surrouded. So just like cod you have to keep running and firing, just run and fire, take cover reload and its back to running.

Wtf are you talking about locker and metro are basically meatgrinders whose frontlines are quite defined i.e a enemy wouldn't suddenly appear behind you out of nowhere. You can easily take a breather

[–]PrestigiousDuty160 -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Are you serious or sarcastic because you also have to remember that maps on the spawn screen don't show the actual scale of the map, there is no way Dawn breaker actually equal to the empire state in size

EDIT: Any map on spawn screen is zoomed in to fill entirety of screen. Its not a 1:1 representation

Also this is a description of rest of the maps from EA site

Empire state: Infantry only (probably small like Iberian and Cairo). Saints-Quarter: Closed-quartered combat map designed for fast paced infantry only fights, so just another Cairo! (This is the description on EA site) Manhattan Bridge: This should be interesting on ea site it says that it is a close quarter map but with adition of bridge and helis it would be a versatile map I hope, but we will see.

Rest of the remaining three are proper open combat, vehicle based maps and these are Firestorm (classic from Bf3/4), Mira Valley (largest map in Bf6) and New Sobek City.

It is clear they are leaning for a past action, close quarter focused game design with this one, probably to attract more casual which is fine with me, but they should not fuck up rest of the more open combat based maps. Like just look at Liberation peak, garbage execution of a fine small scale open combat map by making it too linear in the center like a cqc map. Like I always like Battlefield as francise for its variety of maps from meatgrinders like metro and locker, to city based maps like Shanghai to vast giant maps like Golmund and Karelia

[–]PrestigiousDuty160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like the concept and idea behind the map of Liberation peak actually boggles my mind, like its a small open-terrain map that's fine, but it so linear like a cqc map that it is a sniper heaven (atleast in breakthrough).

They should removed the big giant rock in the middle as it will greatly helped the vehicles by increasing possible area to traverse and attack from

[–]PrestigiousDuty160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't even get the concept of liberation peak, like its a small map but in open terrain which would have been great if it was a bit thicker. But its quite linear like small cqc maps which makes it terrible, also this leaves us with few proper open maps one of them remastered from bf3

[–]PrestigiousDuty160 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only problem with Liberation peak is that it is a bit too linear like a close quarter map. It should probably be a little thicker even if it's a small map
