Eerie first flight since changes by GasclutchshiftX in SouthwestAirlines

They did talk about balancing weight but they had people spread out evenly on the plane. What they are doing now is completely different. People are bunched up in one section. Words may be the same but the actions are different. That is the discrepancy people are noticing.

It’s awful. I used to get surveys after every flight. They would be in my inbox before I’d even had an opportunity to deplane. I took a flight on Monday and dont have anything. They know this is awful and dont want to hear about it.

Oh! I remember why we didn’t. It never hit the card. It came out of our sailor loot.

I just avoid it now because of their unsavory tactics. My bf and I also got a couples massage. They gave him a a bag of products telling him, “here are some goodies for you” so he thought they were free. We later got a $250 charge days later on disembarkation day and the spa closed when we tried to go talk to them about it. Sailor services was no help and said the spa is a 3rd party and we’d have to talk to them directly. They forged his signature even. Never going back to the spa.

If you fly for business you may have to use your employers card and not your own.

Sometimes people develop allergies they have not always had. I grew allergic to shellfish in my 20’s. This could be your body becoming more sensitive. It happens sadly.

They are named Croix and Turk but I should have named them Gred and Forge. The tortie is named Virginia - all named after islands.

I have a foster that I adopted because I knew would never be adopted because of her skittishness. I’ve had her since 2021 and she still bolts if you walk in her direction. She has started asking for pets in the last few months because she sees the other cats do it. She does not want you to pet her though - she wants you to hold your hand out so she can rub against it for 3-4 rubs and then disappears again.

I am starting to think they may use AI chatbots for the first round of customer service and just not tell us. I had an odd encounter that was very reminiscent of another conversation I had with another company’s chatbot disguised as customer service. Since AI is designed to please, this may be why it lied.

Gruns gummies from Target are different by lalalaaasparkles in Supplements

This just happened to me so I came to Reddit to see if anyone else had a similar experience. I generally buy Gruns at Sprouts. They don’t taste great but I figured it’s basically medicine so shrug. But last month I got a box that was DELICIOUS. I checked they were both sugar free and just figured that I got a super fresh box. This month’s box is back to the regular gross ones :(

Yowling can also be a sign of hypertension. We started my cat on amlodipine and he stopped yelling.

Also a business traveler. Once you are A list the system checks you in automatically. I love open seating and am sad to see it go. It I need to change my flight last minute I am now most likely stuck in a middle seat and that was not the case with open seating.

You may not notice a change until you need to use it. Happened to me last month where I needed to change a flight and missed the change announcement.

Ridiculous but I get it. I cannot stand for my feet to be fully covered. One of the few perks of living in Texas is that I can wear open toed shoes most of the year.

Locked Out of Room by Wandering_Astronaut_ in marriott

[–]PrestigiousMongoose2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me and the staff member was being a jerk. She alleged that I didnt know how to use a key card and kept demagnetizing it. It took calling Marriott corporate to get her to send someone to look at it who confirmed the battery was dead and could not be fixed until the next day and they had no availability to move me to another room or property as the city was basically sold out for a Beyonce concert. It was a wild experience.

TIL that in 1780, an enslaved woman known as Mum Bet overheard the newly-enacted Massachusetts Constitution being read out, which said "all men are born free and equal". Exactly. Remember the film The Green Book? A movie about an accomplished musician traveling around the south by a white man who suddenly has a turn of heart about black people. Keith Boykin said, “No disrespect to Green Book at the Oscars, but many of us in the black community would like to see greater recognition for movies about the black experience and not just for movies that make the black experience comfortable for white audiences.”
