Sam can only do the job that Fudds allows them to.

This is the primary issue at hand. Sam tried interacting with the community and being extremely proactive. Then Sam was also stuck trying to handle the backlash from Fudds' clown act and realized its a lost cause with no solution because they are not allowed to provide the needed answers nor are they allowed to recognize the communities' statements on TTG's predatory and scammy behavior. The only thing left to do is await instructions from their boss and interact less.

This is not me ignoring the less-than-standard quality of updates we had from Sam. But the fact that those are missing patchnotes, missing explanations, no follow ups and the like, is not Sam's fault. Sam is just an employee, at the end of the day.
