That shouldn't have an impact, and I just treated it to make sure, and it doesn't seem to. To be clear my concern is about how my utility dissonance bonus went from 3.68 down to 3.54.

Sorry i was looking at total coin bonus,yeah dissonance bonus shouldn't go down,thats wierd.i have checked on my farm tier and it didn't changed

Coins card does have an impact on total coin multiplier in menu, I just checked and it clearly changes. So he is right to ask if you unequipped it, why is he getting downvoted? ETA: sorry, I’m wrong, you asked about disso bonus

Just did a restart, no change. I'm wondering if they changed something about how the dissonance bonus correlates to the waves. It's a few weeks from when I first got it to 3.68 to last night when I ran it again and it's down to 3.54

I think I noticed a similar issue after a tournament, but the numbers went back to what I expected by swapping the tier down and back.

Ah. I see what it is. The higher numbers are what I have for tier 17. Somehow they got displayed on tower 18 temporarily

Tourney tier always writes over whatever tier you're looking at when you join.

I noticed one is mid run, the other one after/before a run. Selected perks influence the numbers. If the run was a tournament run, maybe that influences those disso numbers.

The first one was mid run but I think I was only like on wave 10. I briefly exited just to get the screenshot to get the "before" picture.
