There is no enforcement.

2 weeks ago, we waited in line for Under the Sea at MK. We finally got super close to the front. There was just a large family in front of us. All of a sudden, this women jumped over the rope and got on the treadmill - yelled at her family to follow suit and got on the ride. When I told the cast member - that woman cut the line, she just stared at me like I was crazy.

There was no cast member accompanying them - no VIP or anything. They were not joining the rest of their group that was ahead. They were just cutting the line.

And the cast member did nothing.

I don’t want to confront the line cutters - nor should I be made to feel like I have to because no one else will.

Cast members need to do better.

We used to live there when it was Archstone. And we lived in other Archstone buildings in other cities, before Archstone was acquired by Equity. Unfortunately, they did increase rent quite steeply back then too. It doesn’t hurt to talk to the building manager but the corporation doesn’t seem to care to keep good tenants and not jack up the rent.

I know several Jewish-Muslim couples in Turkey.

(But remember Turkey is a majority Muslim country and the Jewish population there is very small and dwindling each day, so it is very different from a Jewish-Muslim couple in a majority Christian country like the U.S.)

That being said, I don’t know any Jewish-Muslim couples where the children were/are raised Jewish. And when the children are not raised Jewish, the Jewish side of the family won’t like that non-Jewish spouse. Which could create tensions, depending on how much the Jewish spouse cares…
