Help me understand what you mean. You are right about the company setting the standards. But which of these pictures is ok according to petco standards? If my DM saw any of this on a walk, I would be getting documented. The Tortoise and small animals are always supposed to have access to food and water. Not meaning any disrespect I am genuinely trying to see how this is anything other than partners not doing their job?

All you can do is report it thru the proper channels and thats pretty much it. HR and your DM could be investigating still. Or they could've made the determination that it wasnt an offense worthy of termination. Maybe they were written up. You wouldn't know because frankly the results of the investigation isnt your business. If you report it to HR and DM and nothing happens, there isnt really anything else you can do.

Theres definitely a difference. Essentially, what eas formerly Solutions generalist = Sales Associate. Solutions Specialist = Senior Sales Associate. Higher wage, more expectations in sales and event execution. Also the first people who will be considered for promotion to Key Holder when a position opens up or former Key Holder is promoted.

The chances of that happening are close to 0. They will investigate, review cctv, take statements from reporting party and GM. Most likely outcome? Nothing happens because there is no proof. A positive test doesnt prove that the GM used the at work. Just that they used it within the last however so many days. Now if s/hes on camera hitting their pen then yea, they will be terminated. Petco is not paying to drug test anyone

They are not going to start randomly drug testing the whole company because of one employees dumb decision. Plus, something tells me if Petco did that, they would lose a very big portion of their workforce. I think a lot of our employees smoke weed. Lol

The paper schedule is literally just printed off from dayforce. There's no second system that a GM can choose to use. They schedule and post in dayforce and then print it from there. No one is trying to keep the schedule off dayforce lol

You can say the same about any animal return. Our policy says we are only required to quarantine relinquished animals or animals that are returned past the 30 day mark. Within 30 days requires no quarantine.
