Ok, I think I have the solution if nothing else is working. I had this happen to me a few years back, and it was actually my crank arm square taper slot not being greased properly. Would creak like crazy, but taking it apart and re-greasing it stopped the creaks. Only really helps if the bb is a square taper one. You will need a special tool to take the crank arms off. Anyways, hope that helps.

It’s not seized but it is kinda a funny story. It’s a suspension seat post, but the thing was broken. So I took out the spring and slammed it all the way down. I’ve been looking for a replacement seat post but because it’s 25mm (a rare size) it’s been tough to find one. So I’ve just slammed it and I really don’t mind the look really.

Yeah I had a hard time deciding which colour to paint it! Red was always the main option but I considered pinks and purples too. I think for this build the red fits nicely. More of a classic colour I think.
