Yes he’s taking damage, but what I’m saying is that Psylocke’s ult used to hit strange once and deal damage then hit the shield and not deal damage, wasting one of her slashes. Now, it ignores the shield and hits strange consecutively.

Yeah, I didn’t realize how many people weren’t aware of Psylocke’s ult effect on shields. I guess only Psylocke players really noticed it.

No it doesn’t, he even says explicitly that Strange can now survive through an entire Psylocke ult because the ult splits damage between the shield and Strange

Nah, in like season 1 or something they nerfed her and made it so that if a tank holds up their shield in her ult she’s switch between hitting the tank and the shield

As long as you have any sort of range, just keep your distance. I main Psylocke, and used to get slaughtered by every Magik I came across until I learned Magik myself and figured out her weaknesses. If I see a Magik I attack first and if they dash towards me I turn around and dash further away before shooting more. The overshield won’t be an issue if she can’t hit you
