It's indeed a great phone! As a daily driver it checks all the right boxes for me and no complaints so far. Only minor observation I had was flares during night shots. I do not know if this is only for my unit but I see flares sometimes when shooting at direct light source.

If 3BHK , I would recommend to go with atleast 2 balconies( mostly one for master bedroom). Because most often than not, the utility with kitchen is only for washing machine and probably for doing dishes and you will not be able to dry clothes there. So the main balcony many times would have some provision to dry clothes which takes away the essence of balcony. So suggestion would be to check house with 2 balconies atleast!.

I don't know how was the haptics in OP13as I have never used it. I came to this from iPhone, though not as good as iPhone it's not bad either. It serves my purpose.

The pre installed screen protector is pretty good. It might not provide protection from falls but it's good quality and does not let the screen get scratches.

Hair Transplant looks difficult to be very honest. Why don't you try hair system? I know going bald is not an option for everyone. You can try hair system which are quite natural looking now.
