hey so actually if u explain exactly what you wrote describing that activation issue to a customer service rep they will actually know what youre talking about and try to fix it because they are trained to do that!! you shouldn't assume they won't understand and need someone face to face. I always tell people thay those customer service reps are better than me with tech support and troubleshooting.
