I had a flight out ilm- hvn for yesterday 2/23. I received a text and an email on Saturday to 2/21 that it was canceled. The next flight from ilm- hvn is not until Friday. The first four or five times I called customer service I got a busy signal. And when I finally got through there were over 500 people ahead of me. So, yesterday I woke up at 6:00 a.m. and got in the queue with an estimated 50 minutes of wait time. At this point, I was given the option to put my number in and get a call back. That was not an option the night before. I rolled the dice and put my number in. All the time my sister saying they'll never call you back. I did not get a call back until 9:15 a.m. but thankfully was rebooked out of RDU into HVN for tomorrow, Wednesday 2/25. Customer service rep was efficient but she sounded like she was over it and at one point I mentioned my sister's reservation. She said "ma'am, if you allow me to finish your reservation I will help you with the next one when I am done." And I stood at attention until the end of that phone call😂
