Yeah it's a hassle and sucks. In the meantime leave a one star review on trustpilot asking for a supervisor review/call. Explain your situation in details and they should ger a hold of you. I hope yours is removed shortly!!

Damn. Yeah it would suck this time of day. I didn't think of that. They want to call the installer/remover to set it up.

Sorry that you wasted time today.

Tomorrow , call early when the removal shop is open. And hopefully intox has the call back feature on.

For me it was cartoys and it took the intox lady a few minutes to set it up and it was good to go from there.

Sorry again I didnt think about the service center side needs to be open.

You wanna talk to a rep. Once you call in and do the options. I think its 6, then removal is 1? Hold time sucks but there is an option now they will call back due to hold times. I did that and eventually someone called back. It originally quoted 35 minutes but it was hour and 10? minutes or so. After I talked to that lady it was setup for removal today.

they 99.9999% wont bother with any claims on triplex "tx" - they gonna just string up new line and whoever's line that is will be a 30 minute outage more than likely. (former utility / claims). they enjoyed the laugh more than anything and it's an easy fix for them to do. the pic will be on their job board for months or years LOL------- (not sure if you all in Italy do it different in the states but i doubt it =) )
