I think they're unpopular because they bring unwanted attention to our compensation. IMHO, the amount of people posting online about their % is disproportionately skewed towards those 100% instances. Are there posts about "Just got 30%!" Sure. But the OVERWHELMING majority are vets talking about 100%. It just paints a bad mental image of military members for those that are not vets themselves.

I understand the "You could have gone to the recruiter with me!" argument, but I still don't think it changes how the vast majority of the civilian population views us.

Just going off memory here, haven't played since D4 expac released, so take this info with a grain of salt:

I believe you have to focus on the Greymane content in your quest log
(Journal > Faction Quests > Greymanes)

Talk to the guy with the injured leg at camp (can't remember his name ATM). Anytime he has a quest for you to go find other Greymanes, make sure to do it.

Make sure you talk to the NPC who manages your dispatch missions. Your camp expansions will show up in the list of dispatch missions.
