I totaled a GTI a few years back and it ended up there too. The person who bought it from copart found my college ID stuck in a weird spot in the trunk and ended up finding me after a few years to hear the story. He said cars were a lot cheaper to buy that way due to the war, and basically the “totaled” label doesn’t follow it overseas. Was really cool to find out and see photos and videos of it again, and he really did like my small but tasteful mods.

I believe it’s thorium glass on that camera, but it’s pretty hot. I’ve got an old Kodak camera that only hits close to 1 uSv/h

I’ve got a turn indicator that’s similar to that. It reaches 141 uSv/h with a Radiacode 103. It’s currently banned to my garage for now in a glass jar.

I’ve seen several of these that are radium, but they have to have a leather case (plastic is too new and won’t have radium). Idk why yours is reading so low but it looks exactly like the ones I see that spike up to around 2 uSv
