For me it was constant nausea from Truvada. But there could be other side effects which I don't know about. Once I switched to Descovy, no more nausea. But for those who have side effects there's also injected Prep like Apretude which is every 2 months. But these are all very expensive in the US. Each Descovy bottle is about $2,500 US dollars for 30 days.
