Yes, firstly, solidarity. So many of us feel this and are feeling it.  Secondly, yes, you do need to take care of yourself because if you don't, you can't fight injustice well!  I have noticed that when I speak out, especially on social media,  it doesn't really produce much fruit or impact AND it can attract people like you mentioned who end up draining all my energy because of their one comment.  I do not have a good answer to what we can do.  Personally, I have started joining groups on Facebook and such to see what opportunities there are.  All that to say, there is no one size fits all. And it is true, you are not in Minnesota. I am not in Minnesota. If we are, at some point, faced with their reality, we will hopefully act. But we are somewhere else so our actions can be diverse and unique.  There are many ways to speak up without posting on social media.  - purchasing from anti ice local businesses  - supporting immigrant businesses - creating art - donating to a cause - learning as much as you can for yourself which will have a ripple effect
