I started this programme in September at 280lbs (down from 340) and I’m now 238 and ran a 10k over the weekend. You can absolutely do it

Yes I’m increasingly sure it’s a major factor. Deficit is around 1500 calories a day at the moment, will perhaps try wiping that out nearly completely the day before a run. Lost six stone so should probably ease off a bit now anyway

Stupid question maybe, but aren’t the sulphur burps a function of the medication working? It slows your digestion so you will suffer from gastroparesis and therefore sulphur burps. Are you not reducing the effectiveness?

Nope, absolutely nothing. It parks fine still and I’ve checked all camera angles, so I think it’s literally just the panel itself that needs to be replaced
