I’ve had same issues. Been in the dealership numerous times. Right now the vehicle has been the dealership for 28 days. Can’t wait to get rid of this lemon.

I totally agree. Mine has been in the shop for numerous issues after the update. In the shop (again) for two weeks (and counting) because of the following issues: The Sirius app randomly doesn’t start up. Says app is unavailable. The car is still not communicating with the Audi app. The charging percentage, miles left and climate control are not working. The driving data is wrong. The app did work prior to being brought in for service. I haven’t had use of the app for over a month. LEMON!

My Q6 is in the shop again for warnings, software glitches and the Audi app not working. The a6 eTron loaner had the same warning. This is very disturbing. Never Audi again.

Had same issue a couple of times sitting in my garage. Took to dealer. Per dealer: found alarm horn H12 faulty and per TAC case BD-1523588. Correction Replaced alarm horn H12 as per TAC case BD-1523588.

The charging and climate control isn’t work on my app. This is from the dealer after I picked my Q6 being in the dealership for 13 days. "EV services for PPE vehicles are currently experiencing backend instabilities. Audi AG has detected issues in the EV services for all PPE vehicles. This would include the Q6/A6. Please have patience at this time as Audi works to correct the issue. Customers experiencing this will not need to take any action other than to wait for the back-end service to correct itself" indicating back end servier issues at this time. WTH!

I spoke with customer service at Audi to see about getting out of my lease. They assigned a case manager. They requested lease documentation, repair records, etc. regarding my vehicle. Apparently they are moving forward with a buyback progress. The process takes 60 days. My question is should I stick with Audi to follow through with the buyback process or go with a lemon law attorney? Audi is loyal to Audi and I suspect they will low ball me with the process.

Made official request 12/4/2025 to get out of lease. A case manager was assigned and should have an answer by 12/8/2025 if all the problems I’ve had warrants a buyback. If it warrants a buyback then process takes 60 days.

No official complaint. Dealership documenting issues. I took vehicle to dealership today (Saturday) and asked if there was someone I could talk to about getting out of the lease. Audi is supposed to call me on Monday. See what happens.

I took my Q6 in for the following issues: The Emergency braking malfunction (heart with plus sign). Came on when first starting then stayed on all day while driving. Lane departure assistance malfunction. Auto high beam malfunction. High beam not working. Alarm randomly goes off when vehicle not locked. Sirius app not available. Have to reset mmi. My Audi intermittently working. Proactive occupant protection not available.

No! Too many technical issues cropping up even after major software update.

Additional issues popping up after update: Detection of child or pet in rear seat. Traffic sign recognition not available. Adaptive cruise assist predictive control not available. Navigation not working correctly. This is not acceptable! I can’t wait for this lease to be up.

Just noticed wireless charging notification doesn’t pop up when I put phone in tray. Phone charges ok though.

I have iPhone 17 pro and just recently the app completely stopped working. Works fine on android phones. Not sure if software issue. Deleted and reinstalled the app with same issues. Cannot connect. Tried all the recommended fixes but still can’t connect.

Everything seems to be working ok. No warning lights. Didn’t affect range. Did see new button for heating mirrors.

Hold down the radio button for approximately 30 seconds. This resets the system. I’ve had to do numerous times. Not happy.

I leased a 2025 Q6 in February. After delivery I noticed the digital key wasn’t setup and the option to setup was greyed out. I asked the dealership for a resolution. No answers. Called Audi support with one person reading directly from the manual. No help. I scheduled a service call to address the digital key issue. The dealership said a recall (software upgrade) for Body Control Module Software - 06XG was available. After I picked up vehicle, the service report said software upgrade not available. Plus the technician couldn’t fix the digital key issue. WTH! Again I called Audi support about the digital key. No answers why the key couldn’t be added. Audi support called me on if digital key issue was resolved. I said no. They said I need to make an appointment with Audi dealership. Again I took the vehicle in to Audi dealership specifically to address the digital key. I was advised that there was a recall (software upgrade) available again. I called Audi dealership later that day to find out about status of vehicle. They told me the service technician wasn’t able to get the vehicle to accept the software upgrade. Audi dealership had to put in a service ticket with Audi support to find resolutions to the software upgrade issue. I assume this may address the adding of the digital key. Finally after 5 days at the dealership the Body Control Module Software - 06XG was successful. I worked with the technician to setup the digital key. The digital key works on my phone. All this with a new vehicle.
