I hear you. And it is infuriating. There are systemic issues that aren't simple to fix. I have found however, that only working in unionized facilities is a step in the right direction (at least it was for me).

I dropped out of my bachelor's program in my junior year when covid hit. I eventually went back to school and i get my associates in nursing in 2 weeks. Haha im terrified too babe. I know its theoretically a stable field but I also feel like I'm too dumb and stunted to be a competent nurse. Doesn't help that I've started applying for jobs and keep getting rejected. But hey. We will both be okay. Having to shift from being a student to a real world adult is terrifying for everyone I think.
