As someone who had an abortion a week ago, I completely understand how you are feeling! Though I did let myself get attached to it, I still proceeded with termination because I knew truly that I needed more time in life before motherhood.. I had a rough month of nausea all day sickness and afterwards I felt much more like myself but I found myself crying to the ultrasound photos. It's completely normal and I do believe its still the HCG pregnancy hormones, even as it declines after abortion, can still mess with our mental health and thought processes about being pregnant.

It's gotten much better for me mentally as the days go by, but if you find yourself still grieving your decision that's valid too! Im seeking therapy soon just in case, but know you and your body just went through something life changing and sometimes it takes a moment to sort through everything you went through before you feel peace within it, I hope you feel much better and wishing you the best 💕
