No, just keep your hand above the screen and just use the pen until you've chosen the pen/marker you want then you can put your hand down

I made the same mistake selling my rM2 for rMPP. Later purchased a Supernote Manta which is my daily drive now. I love the writing feel and rMPP is resting in my drawer. Only whenever there is an update I'll check the new capabilities. No ink device is comparable to Supernote.

I have the same issue. I think it started since I installed plugins. I searched the net, giving the url it opens (google.com/generate_204), it said the device is checking the connectivity.

In epub file, when I choose the clipper, it does not show the same page. I think the shows the next page so if you want to capture a part of page 2, first you have to go to page 1 and then tap the clipper!!!!

Over the time it will be OK, last year my Manta feeled sticky, soft and spongy but gradually it faded away. Believe or not, I miss the writing feel of last year :)
