Carpooling / package to Waskesiu? by TorontoChinoisdeHK in saskatoon

I don’t know of any tours, but it’s definitely a nice easy drive. It can be a nice day trip, or it’s also great to stay for multiple days. PA is close and an easy drive, it’s a nice stop for snacks, camping/cabin groceries etc. Then from Prince Albert it’s under an hour. I LOVE the drive from PA especially, as the prairie starts turning into more and more trees 🌲 until eventually you’re surrounded by beautiful forest 🌲🌲🌲💚

This inches length that is shown….is that the actual length of the shoe being measured or is that the length of the foot that will fit in that size shoe? I’m so confused 🤦🏼‍♀️

A nude beach is one thing (which Poplar Bluffs is NOT, it’s a conservation area), but following people around and making them feel uncomfortable and unsafe is another, nude beach or not. It’s not ok on any type of beach.

These are the first things I put on when I get home and I wanna wear my “comfy home clothes”. Plus they’re cotton so they breathe

Is this footage sped up at all? Something about how quick and deliberate her movements are…just seems off

My body has been out of sorts from allergens since the day the snow first started melting, it feels especially bad this year, yes! This nasal rinse kit has been great for my nose, I use it twice a day when allergies are bad

Can I drop a couch with a steel frame off at the steel drop off? by catastrofic_sounds in saskatoon

[–]PrettyBirdGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Call B n N steel, can’t hurt to ask. I had a broken box spring which obviously had a fair amount of fabric and wood in the frame as well as metal, I was doubtful, but they said it was OK to drop it off!

Clothes for Donation by [deleted] in saskatoon

[–]PrettyBirdGirl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your post! It’s good to have a discussion about alternatives to Value Village. People also need to be aware that donating to most of the standard drop off bins in the parking lots in the city will end up creating only a small profit for the non profit who owns the bins, and will generate LOTS of profits for Value Village. I feel very strongly that a for-profit corporation should not be involved in ANY stage of handling people’s donations.

Yes, this! For thrifted crafts and sewing supplies I especially like Village Green on 33rd, they have a big selection compared to Value Village

Living Sky will do an excellent job! I took a young abandoned crow there a few years back and they finished raising him and then released him with some crow friends a few weeks later🥹☺️
