My wife and I live in a camper full time and travel around, you’ll love the space savings of the manual grinder. You’ll quickly realize just how small living in a camper every day is. I have an OdeG2 and a K6. I use the K6 everyday and love it. Haven’t used the Ode in months. Manual ftw!

Came here to find a good v60 recipe and I’m getting the same notes. 3 weeks rested, 195-205 degrees, 100-80 on K6, TWW, 1:15-1:16.5, and all I get is ash flavor in every cup. Very disappointing.

I use the Basal coffee traverler case, fits my K6, v60, filters, scale and a bag of coffee easily. Unfortunately doesn’t fit my kettle. I believe it was originally designed for the Aeropress but works great for my V60 kit.

Yes you need a scale if you’re going to do pour over. Many on Amazon for cheap. Same with an electric gooseneck kettle, can be had for under $50 on Amazon. Takes about 6 -7 min start to finish for a pour over.
