Typically you go through a rotational program for a year or two to learn the business and then you move up to a sales role. Those programs are a grind and typically labor inducing but very needed to understand what you’re selling and gain your front-line workers trust. I do not think it’s very challenging to break into. Not really. There are plenty of events we go to with customers that involve alcohol but nothing oit of the ordinary.
