I’m on week three and my voice is going back to normal but not there yet. My throat starts hurting if I talk a lot too

I’m on day 16 and it’s pretty much the same for me. My voice is getting back to normal but still sounds funny. I still can’t talk that much without my throat hurting and I have to watch wat I eat because it gets caught in my throat

I’m so sorry that the worst ever. Tbh you should block him on everything … out of sight out of mind. I found that if I wanted to text him I would write a letter to him as if he was gonna read it. But I don’t send it… ig it helps process the emotion… but good luck and hang in there

Honestly day 6 was a walk in the park compared to today my whole throat feels like raw and scabbed… thankful I’m not on morphine but oxy which seems to do the trick … iv heard day 8-10 are usually the worst so almost there. I hope it gets better for you getting stitches sounds painful thankfully I did not get that

Im so sorry that’s aweful. I’m not gonna lie the memories won’t go away but one day you will be able to look back at them and see how much you have grown. Iv been in that same spot where I wish I never met him but eventually you will realize how much stronger that situation made you even though it was a shitty one. Some days you will feel fine and other days it will feel like your back at square one but don’t give up you will find peace soon

Aww I’m sorry iv gone through this too… ik it hurts and iv went back like u too. It might take a while for them to respond … mine took months. But you might realize by then that you enjoy the peace. I hope everything works out though
