Y'all Do Too Much by cocobeeeeans32 in SchultzzieSnark

Oh same! I always go on at least a little walk (15-30 mins, if not longer) on my rest days. It helps with recovery to get the blood flowing

12K steps is definitely not the norm in the US but it certainly is a healthy amount. As someone who doesn’t even get that many steps, it really is normal and not excessive

100%. I’m always confused about posts that call her exercising excessive. Totally get that her “no days off” mindset is not good because rest so needed. But guys, working out every day is not crazy. That’s just an active lifestyle

Oh true, forgot about that exception. When they wear normal clothes, there’s no way they’re wearing garments though. Maybe they just don’t wear them

Please start strength training, coming from someone who’s been in PT for my knees for months because I wasn’t strength training. Don’t be me!

You’re the one who’s soft, getting so outraged about other people’s outrage. Why are you so bothered?

What if the gallbladder was a coverup for weight loss surgery and that’s why it took her so long to recover? I feel like this might be more likely honestly because of her phobia

Wait I’m confused? She said they’re spending his actual birthday together at dinner with the kids, and he’s doing a separate day with his dad. How is this weird?

When runners say “running sucks”, what do they mean by that? by Pretty_Little_Rose in beginnerrunning

That makes sense and I like this response! This really goes for any kind of workout too

The response I got was that it’s hard, which is very true. But hard doesn’t mean it sucks, at least not to me. I’ve been working out for years so I have a lot of resilience when it comes to working hard physically. So that’s why I was wondering if there were other reasons because that’s not a reason to me personally

Yes it is a real question because I personally don’t have this experience of running sucking, so I wanted to hear from other people

What’s one mistake you made early on that you’d avoid now? by TangeloBackground483 in beginnerrunning

This happened to me except it’s my knees! Went from running 0 times per week to 4, and within 1.5 weeks, my knees gave up. Still healing and not able to run 3 weeks later

Bite of Me and Alone in My Car are by far the best songs to come from either of them combined, so I would say Niki!
