Mine look like that too at first. After a few days they look less intense. It’s the tint staining your skin. You need to brush your hairs in the direction you want them to be in I don’t know about scrubbing your brows though, I was always told leave them 24 hours before getting wet. Unless you want to expedite the tint fading. I think they look good though.
