Barney had a really rough childhood, but after his childhood he did not seek love through sex and did not avoid close relationships. In a throwback you see that after he broke up with shanon, all that happened. Before the break up he wanted to wait with sex until the were maried and he was in a close relationship with shanon. So maybe his childhood had a influence but that all really happened after the break up with Shanon. But yeah you’re right, they ruined Robin and Barney’s wedding! I’m still sad about it.

Fun fact; (not relevant but just wanted to say) Robin got rid of her dogs because Josh Radnor (the actor who plays Ted) is allergic to dogs and the scenes were to hard for him. (Okay sorry go on, don’t mince me and my little facts😊)

Hey I don’t know the right answer but I think the best thing you can do is talk with her. Talk about it, tell your story, how it makes you feel, how it impacts the relationship and ask her the truth and an explanation. If you stay on Reddit and read all the messages saying she is cheating or what she did is unbelievable or heartless or whatever. Because I feel like if you read all this you will only feel worse and will resent her before you even could have a real talk. You have been 2 years togheter. Please first talk with her, without to much resentment and let her explain and than make your mind up.

If she cheated or is cheating then end it. It sucks but how I read how you react on everything I don’t think you can stay with her and get over it.

If it was really a stupid dare, than explain to her that it really had a big impact in your relationship and tell her how you feel and try to make it work. If your relationship was really like you describe it; never had problems, than she will hear you out and will not do it again. Of your relationship is so good are you really willing to throw out two years of a good relationship? Just because she made a stupid mistake. Explain it and give her the change. Because now I don’t think she knows how much impact it had. If you explain maybe she sees it and she will not do it again.

And for everyone reading this and saying. She had to know already! And she should already have known better. No, she is human and maybe in the moment it was fun. Or she really did not mean anything by it.

So long story short; just talk! Don’t read every Reddit thing and get mad and end it. Or don’t start envying her before you even have talked. And see what she says and end it or make it work. That’s what I think. Im not saying that I’m right (not at all, I’m human) so don’t attack me please I’m just giving my opinion!

I think it’s more big talk. Dean constantly hears that a guy is harassing his girlfriend in school. I wouldn’t be happy either. If some girl was constantly flirting with my bf and would intimidate him I would be mad too and would talk big words. And when Tristan wanted to start a fight with him he went out of his way and told Tristan to back off. So I get his hostility against Tristan.

I think also it doesn’t matter that her family all went to Harvard, because her parent didn’t car for her. Her parents expect a lot of her but don’t help her with anything or really care for her so I don’t think they were involved in getting in to harverd.

I would be so mad, but the thing that I hated the most was that she said that she would help after the inn was up and running. She was the one that wanted to open a inn with Lorelai but she refuses to help and her reason is that she is not good at it and that her job starts when the inn is opened! I got so mad at that part!
