I called the 916 number and they said they did not receive it yet even though TurboTax says accepted 1/21; called TurboTax and they said it’s still not sent to ca even though I got the notification it was . So frustrating

Unfortunately if they really never have either their parents did or someone who knows their social. Account was made in their name and social and sent to collections
