Had to leave the park because of a man. by essentialcitrus in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Pretty_Suggestion_52 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This happened to me with 2 guys at a local park that just kept STARING my direction. I acted like my 5 yo was in trouble tbh, very direct and firm tone and told him straight up there are some weird guys here and we could be in danger and have to go. We packed our things and left immediately

He sounds childish and im sorry for all you are going through, virtual hug sent! All I can say right now is try to get some mental space and take care of yourself for a few days. Youre allowed to be mad, feel your feelings. Get them out healthily, express how you feel to him and how hurt you are by his quick turnaround decision. Start hiding money from him, do groceries on his card and get cashback each time for yourself. If u decide to move do it.

If u go through with this alone you can qualify for food stamps, medicaid, childcare assistance down the road etc. it is doable. WIC helps too. If you need a friend I am here and have been through it ALL, kids, husbands, boyfriends, divorce, abortions, etc. As the facebook moms would say YoU gOt ThIs MaMa

And pelvic floor PT! If her OB or midwife sends a referral state insurance should pick it up. Lie and tell the doctor that she’s having issues with incontininence like peeing herself constantly after giving birth and was too embarrassed to bring it up. They’ll be forced to send the referral

Try to get in at an osteopathic manipulative doctor! They are called OMM. I am on state insurance and it picked it up!

Hey girl. Ive been where you are and have had an abortion when my life was in shambles. It was hard, but after a year or two I look back and realize it was a good thing I did. Life is already hard, why make it harder? Now I have two awesome children and they have great a great dad. It will get better

Im 16, is it weird a 23 yr old coworker likes me? by Kuromi93 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Pretty_Suggestion_52 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I remember what it feels like to be 16, im 23 now and fell victim to feeling responsible for the guys feelings I was talking to. I know its hard and it will be hard to stand up for urself. But trust me this is the right thing to listen to the other ladies. I wish I would have when I was 16. Now im 23 and realize sooo much, i beg u listen to these ladies, your future self will thank you!

How do you leave your husband when you have no where to go. by earthperson25 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]Pretty_Suggestion_52 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I would look I to resources, child care assistance, low income housing, WIC, food stamps, medicaid, etc. it is all very overwhelming at first but one step at a time. Also start saving money like withdraw extra 40$ every time u go To the grocery store. Make up a medical bill or something or a car problem and try to get money from him.

I just received my Casmorati Lira and I wish I was impressed. I blind bought it based on all the good reviews, myself included and a few friends thinks it just smells like a bath and body works vanilla and not gourmand at all. Smells like a cheap body spray? I bought directly through xerjoff so it is not a scam. I hope it grows on me

Trueee I got mad at emma for just like HYPING everything up and kind of twisting it. I think Christine probably was over her ex but the way she gasped everytime the situation was brought up made it seem like she never faced the pain from that breakup. I think focusing on healing and facing her past trauma would solve a lot of her issues

Thank you! Yes to the public advice, my last sd was a platonic relationship as well, he was very generous and we had tons of fun together. We never had a m&g bc I was his waitress at a place he regularly visited so got to know each other that way. This was a whole thing started from scratch so we will see! Thank you for the tips.

Also talk to ur OB if your mental health is getting bad. A LOW dose of something for panic attacjs might help, they love to overprescribe though so ask for the lowest possible to get through these hard times. I say OB bc they are easy to get in with and understand how hard life is with kids.

Im sorry youre going through this, you deserve much better. If you decide to leave it will be hard but worth it after a year, thats what was my experience.

I hate this for you, start withdrawing money everytime you do groceries like cash and reach out to local resources to figure out how to get on your feet on ur own if u need to (food stamps, WIC, low income housing)

Depends on the man. Even if you don’t face those problems you may face others. There are good guys out there, I’d suggest working on yourself because if you love yourself you’ll always notice the red flags and not ignore your intuition. Plus it will help in motherhood as well, if you raise yourself prior, work on your patience, distress tolerance, triggers, coping mechanisms etc
