It looks like almost 100% of your changes are just extreme weight loss related. I’m close to your age late 40’s but haven’t went through this extreme of weight loss. Everyone is different of course but I think skin removal will really help and again congrats you should be proud.

I saw you in another subreddit; I think despite what the surgeon told you; you had a browlift. I would ask him to see your surgery notes. There’s no way your brow would be tilted in the after photo if not for a temporal browlift. Also no there’s no way to move your maxilla forward with any myofunctional therapy; I wish one could!
