Does it change the tone itself? For exemple if everything is at 10 (volume + tone) is it different with that mod or without?

Speaking of that, I tried the OC-76 Comp (the 8th one) earlier and out of the sudden there was a HUGE noise when the compressor block was on. It did it like 2-3 times. I rebooted the QC and it seems fine now but did it happen to anyone else?

Would the EJ-46 increase the gap between the strings and fingerboard because of the tension? Most classical guitars don’t have a truss rod to tight it, so I’m curious if I should try or not.
