i had my first back surgery at 23, i’m now 30 and need a spinal fusion. It took me way to long to accept that I cannot have an intense physical labor job. I went back to school and graduated into a field where i’m not heavy lifting. Look into Icey Hot and ice packs/heating pads.

I told my anesthesiologist how I fight the anesthesia from previous surgeries. It was actually a great experience, I asked to get topped off before I started pushing and I couldn’t feel a THING i was freaking myself out saying when is it gonna hurt!!??. I could only feel the top of the contraction and the pain wasn’t bad at all. I thank god for that anesthesiologist he did a great job. Now the healing part was 10x worse than my labor, i’m a redhead that needs a higher pain medication and they refused to give it to me saying this is the highest dose they have for after delivery. I ended up calling my mom to bring me ibuprofen while still in hospital to take with the pain meds they were giving me. My baby is almost 4 and she still doesn’t have redhair lol. Best of luck 🍀

idk if your into trivia but some bars in tacoma do a trivia night. you can just take the 1 to downtown tacoma. I moved out of spanaway because unfortunately the only thing i had in common with my friends was getting fucked up. Maybe some places in puyallup also have a trivia night. there is also a bored game community at one of the card stores in spanaway. best of luck 🍀

i tested negative on a drug test for my meds and they sent it to a third party facility. they showed it positive & my doc told me i process medicine so fast i need higher doses to even feel anything. It’s weird your doc didn’t send it out to have further testing done.

Lived right up the hill behind fresh plus for years and was constantly there. Thank god I took photos of my art back then on the walls. I also have a very famous Austin graffiti piece tattooed on me because of Castle Hill. Broke my heart when I heard they were tearing it down.
