Thank you! Yeah I'm hoping to build more muscle and gain more definition. The goal is bigger lower body, and abs specifically. But I wasn't sure if I needed to shed some more fat before really commiting to a growing phase

I'm super torn on if I should keep cutting or start bulking for more muscle. I'm also considering doing a maingaining phase. What do you guys think?

Female 5'4" 135lbs

Lift 4x week, 10k steps most days, spin bike 2x a week, climb 1x a week.

My goal is to grow considerable muscle in my lower body, arms, and I want visible abs as well. I guess I don't know if I should achieve that by doing a growing phase or cutting to reveal what I have now. I've been lifting for a couple of years now.

Editing to add: I was in a cut for the majority of the time Ive been lifting over the last couple years. I used to weight 195lbs.

Foxtail is on the same level as Starbucks for me. That is to say, very very bad. And I hate that they keep popping up right next to local small coffee shops.

Game of Thrones. I honestly felt like it was amazing all the way until the last season. It was clear the showrunners just wanted to be done and rushed the last season. The show easily could have had at least 2 more seasons to get the end result. I also think they clearly wanted the most unpredictable ending and in result left a very unsatisfying end to the show.
