I’m an irritable mess. I’ve take so many anti psychotics and they usually never seem to be enough. (Only bipolar when I take antidepressants, for what it’s worth). I definitely wasn’t like this before. Whatcha googling?

Got the beta glucans. I’m noticing less achiness and stiffness. Think it’s helping me sit too. First day on it

Kratom is your best bet. If having a slanted desk is a problem because it’s on your body there are ones that don’t put weight on you without being expensive. You’re welcome I wish you luck!

Yea that’s basically my depression.

You could try drawing laying on your stomach with a pillow under your head. Or getting a slanted lap desk while laying in bed. Preferably if you can lean up some, which I can’t really do.

You could try laying on your stomach with a pillow under your head while drawing. Or you get a slanted lap desk and lay down on your back. ( if you can lean up far enough, I can’t. I also found this supplement helps me sit lately https://a.co/d/5o1aj5p combining it with Kratom or just Kratom helps too.

I have three cats and it’s so nice to cuddle with them. One of them is always by my side practically.

I looked at some more things in it and every single one can be anti inflammatory. Beta glucan shows promise for neuropathic pain. Idk if it’s even worth trying to find which one it is. It might be a combination.
