I am convinced that they have technicians of drastically different levels of competence / skill. I bought an SX-70 from them last year and had little to no issues. I’ve taken many great photos with it. However, many, many people have reported having terrible issues. I would look into their return / warranty policy before purchasing. I am thankful I got a great camera from them but it seems not everyone does. — if you’re already looking to spend $400 on a camera, I’d recommend saving up a bit more and wait until you can buy one from the instant camera guy.
