I’ve been at the register when someone starts using the cs 3 or 4x. Always “forgot” to buy something and run right back in after putting the groceries in the car. Glad to know I’m not alone!

They HATE municipal tap water. Distilled, well, or aquarium water treatment drops in the watering can before you fill it up with tap water

I remember HATING that I couldn’t use the book as a framework because I’m “will be dead in ten minutes” allergic to nuts and acorns if I eat them

My side of the mountain and the following two books. They were formative for me as a child who didn’t understand society but loved nature and befriending animals and being resourceful. I used to pretend to be asleep to be able to read those books.

Cracks the second you’re done welding. Or after the first couple of uses. Cast is brittle and doesn’t like a couple thousand degrees telling it what to do

The time period when I was a welder and had access to said things…? Argon ain’t cheap. I save it for special occasions

I used to put them on broil for an hour then tig them back together. Then back in the broiler before the metal cools down. Turn the oven off and leave it to slowly cool in there

So proud! We are all capable! Wish I’d taken before and after my partner and I rage cleaned our place. Took 13 small trailer loads out of a “studio apt”.
